I have been extremely pleased with the living experience and the building. The neighborhood is equally as enticing. Mt. Adams has a rich history and provides incredibly scenic, unique views of the Downtown area and the Ohio River. The location also boasts a close proximity to the spacious and secluded Eden Park, as well as the Cincinnati Art Museum. The charm the neighborhood provides is pleasant, with a selection of bars and restaurants along the central commerce area on Pavilion Street.

I enjoy the apartment complex because it is in a safe area where I feel comfortable taking a walk during normal hours. I also enjoy the new appliances provided by the apartment. Underground parking is something I didn't think I would find and I'm enjoying it immensely

The community I live in is wonderful. The neighborhood around me is very quiet and it feels very safe. With local restaurants and bars within walking distance and how close it is to downtown Cincinnati this apartment is really in a great spot.
