To apply, visit adamsedgeapts.com, browse the available floor plans, and select your desired apartment. From there, you can create an account and submit your application.

Applications are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the approval status. The timeline may also vary based on how quickly the applicant completes the income verification.

You will pay a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant, a $500 hold fee (applied toward the $1,000 security deposit), and a one-time $75 admin fee.

If you do not have a rental history, you may be required to obtain a guarantor.

We accept online payments only through the resident portal.

Rent payments are submitted through our resident portal, on the Towne Resident App, or through our website at AdamsEdgeApts.com

Water and sewer charges are added to your monthly rent based on your individual usage. There is an $8.50 admin fee associated with this for the provider YES Energy Management.

Yes. You can use the company of your choice and we also offer affordable insurance as well.

Trash service is included in your rent.

Water and sewer are set up by the property. Duke Energy is our electric provider, and you will need to call Duke at 1-800-544-6900 or visit their website to set up service. For cable and internet, you can contact our Altafiber representatives at 513-397-9591.

We have an exclusive partnership with Altafiber.

Yes, we offer a referral bonus. Please contact the leasing office for details.

Guests are required to comply with the same rules and regulations as residents. All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.

Price reductions may be available for longer leases or advance payment. Some restrictions apply - contact our leasing team if you have any questions!

Subletting is not permitted.

Our lease buyout policy requires 60 days' written notice on the last day of the month along with a two-month early termination fee.

We do not offer short-term leases.

We do not offer corporate leases.

Eden Park is within cycling distance from Adams Edge Apartments and offers walking and biking trails.

Amenities

Use of clubroom with complimentary coffee, use of amenity/sun deck, use of fitness center, free resident events!

The sundeck is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

We have garage parking available for $100 per month.

A full-sized stackable front-loader washer and dryer is included in each apartment.

Refrigerator with ice maker, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher.

We can offer furnished apartments through CORT Furniture.

We cannot hold packages at the leasing office, but we have a package locker on site for your deliveries.

The fitness center is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Treadmill, elliptical, bike, weight bench, free weights, shoulder/chest press machine, and yoga mats.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There are no fees for using communal spaces.

Yes, we have a 50 lb. weight limit and a list of breed restrictions.

No, but we are situated in a neighborhood perfect for walks with frequent doggie depot stations nearby.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Pet rent is $35 per month per pet, and there is a $300 pet deposit ($150 refundable, $150 non-refundable). No more than two pets are allowed per apartment.

Our address is 999 Wareham Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202 in the charming Mt. Adams neighborhood. The easiest way to find us is through your phone's GPS system (Google Maps or Apple Maps). We are a long walk or a short drive from downtown Cincinnati.

Yes, there are several METRO bus stops in the Mt. Adams neighborhood.

Adams Edge is located in the charming and historic neighborhood of Mt. Adams overlooking downtown Cincinnati.

Cincinnati Public School District

Fido Field Dog Park is a half mile away. Washington Park Dog Park is 1.3 miles away.

There is a boutique gift shop in Mt. Adams called Upper Eden that is within walking distance from Adams Edge. The neighborhood also has a coffee shop, bars, restaurants, and hair salons.

Bow Tie Café is walking distance from Adams Edge apartments.

Maintenance

Call our office phone number and select the option for emergency maintenance. They are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Apartments are professionally painted, cleaned, and carpet cleaned before move-in.

We have a maintenance technician onsite most business days.

Residents can submit maintenance requests online in their resident portal.

Our maintenance technicians will knock loudly on your apartment door prior to entering to address any maintenance requests.

You do not need to be present. Maintenance will perform non-emergency work orders during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Call the maintenance emergency line, and the on-call technician will let you in for a fee with proper identification.

We encourage residents to use small nails to hang pictures and art to make the apartment their home. If you have questions about whether an item is allowed to be hung, please contact the leasing office before proceeding.
